Project Overview:
Martha K is a luxury handbag brand with an existing logo and colour palette. I was brought on to refine and expand their visual identity through branded collateral and a full Shopify eCommerce site. This included developing packaging elements such as branded tissue paper, thank-you notes, box seal stickers and aftercare inserts; all written and designed by me in collaboration with ChatGPT for content refinement. The result is a cohesive and elevated customer experience that reflects the quality and sophistication of the product.
Key Contributions:
Refined the brand’s look and feel by designing packaging materials with premium finishes.
Wrote and designed all printed collateral, including playful and elegant copy for stickers, care notes and customer thank-you cards.
Created a custom tissue paper pattern and delivery unboxing system to enhance the brand’s luxury positioning.
Designed and developed the Shopify eCommerce website, balancing functionality with a clean, high-end aesthetic.
Ensured every touchpoint; from digital to physical; aligned.
